Interior Design at SaniWell
Interior design is the first and most important stage of our collaboration as part of our comprehensive “move-in-and-live” turnkey service. The interior designer adapts to your expectations, the atmosphere you enjoy, and the lifestyle you lead. Together, you create an interior where you’ll want to spend time.
We select materials based on both quality and cost. At SaniWell, designers have the freedom to create. We aren’t limited by our own showroom, and we aren’t tied to any manufacturers. Thus, the selection of products isn’t artificially restricted or even dictated. The designer also strives to stay within the set budget—though this can be difficult, because beautiful interiors sometimes get out of financial control 😉
SaniWell collaborates with architects and designers who work in a wide variety of interior design styles. In theory, a good architect can design any interior, but in practice, we achieve better results when the architect enjoys the style in which they are creating the interior.
Let’s talk about what you’re looking for, and we’ll find an architect who meets your expectations.
You can see the work of designers and interior architects in the tab Projects.
Interior Design—Is It Worth It?
Some clients aren’t convinced that it’s worth hiring a designer or spending time and money on interior design. They point out the higher costs and the longer wait before renovation work can begin.
A professional interior design process takes at least 2 months, but often 3 or even 4. Design is always a collaborative effort, so the time required for a project is not solely determined by the designer’s work.
With a well-thought-out plan, you can avoid the vast majority of mistakes and problems that often arise during a renovation. This is particularly evident when we compare the structured approach of a professional finishing company with a spontaneous approach, where the knowledge and vision of what the interior should look like remain solely in the homeowner’s mind, and all arrangements are made verbally—on-site or over the phone. With a design plan in place, we know what to expect from the contractor, and the contractor knows exactly what work needs to be done.
Interior renderings are the most important part of the project from the client’s perspective. They allow you to know exactly whether the finished interior will be exactly what you expect.
It’s worth remembering that interior visualizations alone—even the most beautiful ones—are not a design if they aren’t accompanied by work on the apartment’s functionality, construction drawings, and the appropriate selection of products! You can assess their quality on this subpage, where we’ve posted renderings created by our designers for our clients.
At SaniWell, interior design isn’t just an option—it’s part of our work, without which finishing work simply isn’t possible!
