What does “Move in and live there” mean?

Customers who choose to work with SaniWell do not have to deal with any work related to finishing, renovation, purchasing, or installing products. There is no need to purchase additional appliances or other furnishings. Furthermore, there is no need to hire a carpenter yourself or order kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, or other furniture. Everything is ordered, delivered, and installed by SaniWell, in accordance with the interior design plan.

Our “walk-in-and-live” standard “move-in ready” means that the interiors are designed, finished, decorated, and fully furnished. In practice, this means you don’t have to do anything else in the apartment—everything is ready to go. So all that’s left is to enjoy your beautiful new home right from the start.

That means you don’t have to do anything—except participate in the design process. It’s your interior, so it has to meet your expectations 100 percent.

We guarantee that you’ll move into a finished, fully furnished, and equipped interior, designed in accordance with the approved plan. And all of this without your involvement in the finishing process. After all, the phrase “move in and live”® comes with certain commitments!

We get to know your expectations, lifestyle, preferences, and budget. This is when we begin to define the vision for the interior—and, as a result, the scope of our collaboration.

Interior design and full estimate

You work with an architect with no hourly limits. Together, you design the functional layout and interior aesthetics and select materials. You receive a full quote for both the work and the products—there are no hidden costs with us!

Renovation and Finishing Work

The SaniWell team coordinates every stage of the work. All activities are overseen by a single supervisor—the finishing work manager. Exactly as it was designed. Thanks to our 20 years of experience, you can be sure that everything will be done professionally.

Purchase, Delivery, and Installation of Equipment

We order, deliver, and install every product included in the design and the quote you approved. We do this according to the established schedule and without involving you in the process.

Custom-made furniture and cabinetry

There are many questions to which we at SaniWell have found answers. We work with many interior designers. We’ll find the right one for you, both in terms of style and personality. Exclusive interiors are created through collaboration, mutual understanding, and being “on the same wavelength.”

We also invite you to contact us if you have your own architect. We would be happy to work with him or her to complete your turnkey apartment—ready for you to “move in and start living.”

What are the differences between a turnkey finish and the “Move-In Ready” option?
