Our turnkey finishing service begins with a concept developed in collaboration with an interior designer and is then carried out by a team of specialists in every field—from minor changes to the electrical system, through finishing work, complete bathroom finishing and furnishing, to the installation of flooring and doors, often including lighting, and—in the “Furniture” package—kitchens, closets, and other furniture.
It all depends on the package you choose.
If something is technically feasible, we’ll do it!
The process of implementing finishing packages includes:
- Design – scope depends on the selected service. Concepts, 3D and 2D renderings, technical drawings, and cost estimates.
- Orders and Logistics – planning deliveries and production, setting deadlines and assigning specific teams.
- Finishing work – completion of all work required under the terms of the selected package.
- Custom-made furniture and furnishings—carpentry work included in the Furniture package; installation of furnishings and decorations included in the Premium and Investment packages.
- Delivery of a turnkey interior – the end result is an apartment finished with the utmost care, in accordance with the scope specified in the selected package.
Flexible Finishing Packages – PRICE LIST.
We operate transparently – our prices are public and do not depend on the location of your investment. It also doesn’t matter whether a given developer recommends us or not.
