In addition to comprehensive projects, we offer turnkey finishing packages—collections of ready-made solutions and products that allow customers to complete the necessary work so they can enjoy their own space.

The most comprehensive finishing package is the PREMIUM option, which consists of high-quality products and materials. This option is designed for those seeking unique interiors. Given the wide range of available solutions, the PREMIUM package most closely resembles a customized “turnkey” finish—that is, the “move-in ready” standard.

The price of the PREMIUM package includes, among other things:

  • application of finishing coat,
  • modifications to the plumbing and electrical systems,
  • a wide variety of ceramic tile designs,
  • walk-in shower enclosure with a linear drain,
  • ready-made bathroom furniture,
  • a mirror installed between the tiles,
  • vanity cabinet with a countertop sink,
  • a wide selection of lighting for every room,
  • wood and vinyl flooring.

Everything wa…
