SaniWell had the pleasure of completing the turnkey finishing of a three-room apartment in Echo Investment’s Bonarka Housing Estate in Kraków. The apartment was fully tailored to the future owner’s daily needs, taking into account both functionality and modern aesthetics—all as part of the flexible “Comfort” turnkey package.
The apartment, finished by SaniWell, consists of a living room, a kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a separate walk-in closet, ensuring maximum comfort. The space was designed to serve as a comfortable place to relax,
work, and spend time with loved ones. The finishing work was carried out as part of
the “Komfort” Package, which includes a wide selection of materials. What’s more, the client was also able to take advantage of additional options beyond the basic package. Thanks to
the flexibility of the packages, the interior was tailored to individual needs, and every stage—from planning to installation—was carried out with the utmost care by the SaniWell team.
