Affordable, turnkey apartment
In addition to designing luxury and high-end interiors, we also complete lower-budget apartments. An example of such an economical turnkey “move-in ready” project is the Barska project, which consists of an interior that has been designed, finished, decorated, and furnished.
The apartment design, which draws on a universal and warm aesthetic, was intended to maximize the use of the available space. The architect employed a few clever solutions designed to enhance the residents’ comfort: built-in kitchen cabinets provide easy storage for groceries; a mirror makes the room appear larger, and a curtain allows for a simple separation of the kitchen area from the living room. Due to the limited space and budget constraints, it was decided to install a wall-mounted dryer above the bathtub.
