The 2005–06 season marked our first projects, which launched us into the world of “turnkey” interior finishing. In fact, we were invited to collaborate by the well-known Kraków-based company GD&K. At that time, no one was offering “turnkey” interior finishing services. The investor took a risk, however, even though we had no experience in this field. We did, however, have something that inspired trust—enthusiasm, commitment, expertise in the bathroom furnishings industry, openness, and business integrity. Three apartments on Krowoderska Street, designed in a very stylish aesthetic featuring white, wood, a combination of Thassos marble slabs, lacquered furniture with Merbau countertops, as well as products that were quite unusual for the time, such as a gas fireplace with a custom-built ventilation duct leading to the roof. These were major challenges, solutions that were difficult to implement, and a learning experience in collaborating with top architects—a leap into the deep end.
The entrance hall to the townhouse. A very interesting combination of natural wood veneers, graphite basalt, and specially patinated copper, created by an architect and artist. The effect is complemented by well-chosen lighting that reflects off the Lacobel glass wall. A truly fascinating interior that never ceases to delight the eye.
