Another interesting fact about the project on Kordiana Street is that each of the parties involved was located in a different place. The apartment owner works in the United Kingdom, the designer lives in the Tri-City, and the contractor and general contractor, SaniWell, is based in Kraków. The first meeting with the owner took place when the finished apartment was handed over.
