The scope of work and the price of the package options are determined in advance, which makes it easier to assess the costs associated with purchasing and finishing the apartment to a specific standard. However, it is worth noting that the START, COMFORT, PREMIUM and INVESTMENT packages we offer are flexible. The freedom to combine and combine package options, and even add materials and equipment from outside the packages, is a unique solution on the turnkey interior finishing market.

Finishing all rooms
Finishing ceilings and walls with acrylic paint on plaster in developer condition, color** indicated by the customer (RAL). Floor finishing with stoneware/floor panel/wood/vinyl**. Surfaces connected with a transition strip, in a color similar to the color of the floor. White skirting boards, up to 6-8 cm high**. Wall tiles only in the bathroom and kitchen between the worktop and upper cabinets. Optional floor tiles in the hall instead of panels. Rebated/non-rebated** door installation with a set of fittings for 80 cm wide openings; basic filling, two hinges; undercut bathroom doors; adjustable door frame. Any additional modifications to the hydraulic network (including connections) and the electrical network, beyond those specified in a given package, are non-package changes and are subject to individual pricing.

Kitchen finishing
Finishing the floor surface with stoneware (up to 10 m2) or panel. Wall tiles between the worktop and upper cabinets. Grouting in one color. Non-package kitchen finishing proposals are priced individually. Details in the FURNITURE catalogue
Bathroom finishing
Finishing the walls with tiles up to the full height of the room. The edges of the contacts are ground to 45 degrees. The way of arranging tiles in the bathroom is adapted to the room. Toilet frame installation (standard height), covered with tiles. Bathtub finished with ceramic tiles. The fittings are installed in place of development connections. All non-package modifications to the developer’s condition, including moving and hiding connections, are subject to individual valuation.
The development status is assumed to be:
- finishing walls and ceilings with gypsum plaster; finishing bathroom walls with cement and lime plaster;
- installing a ventilation system with a ventilation grill; installation of internal window sills;
- installation of electrical and electrotechnical installations with complete equipment;
- installation of water and sewage systems, connections to devices;
- preparation of door openings for the installation of standard doors with adjustable frames (width up to 80 cm, height 200 cm, opening in the wall min. 88 cm max. 92 cm wide by min. 206 cm max. 210 cm high, up to 15 cm thick) from the floor;
- access to a working elevator (in the case of apartments located on the first floor);
- access to an appropriate waste container;
- it is assumed that the planes of walls, floors and ceilings and the angles between them are made in accordance with the construction standard;
- it is assumed that the moisture content of the screed and plaster is adequate to carry out renovation and finishing works.
