Turnkey Finishing of an Apartment in the Matexi – Świtezianki Development
The apartment was fully designed and visualized, then comprehensively finished and furnished to a “move-in ready” standard. This is our latest project in the Matexi development in Kraków’s Dąbie district.
In this 66.5-square-meter apartment, the design draws inspiration from
boho and
mid-century modern aesthetics. It features a clever and intriguing interplay of warm colors, contrasting and carefully selected black and copper accents, terrazzo-patterned bathroom tiles, and custom-designed furniture that makes full use of the available space.
Boho and Mid-Century Modern
Interiors inspired by
mid-century modern and
boho styles are regaining popularity. It’s a meticulously designed space that focuses on soft, warm colors, as well as the ergonomics and interior design of the 1950s and 1960s—of course, in a contemporary form. This timeless aesthetic, with its modernist roots, fits perfectly into contemporary design.
The spacious living room with an open kitchen is a place for gatherings and shared meals. Furniture on legs adds a sense of lightness to the space, while the light tones and wood finishes in the kitchen pay homage to the mid-century style. What’s more, the backlit mirrored decoration, complemented by wall slats, looks stunning. It’s an original addition to the living room space.
The entryway features closets for storing clothes, small wall decorations, and space to hang everyday coats and jackets. The hooks are integrated into decorative wall slats with LED lighting.
The Bauhaus aesthetic is strongly evident in the bedroom and study. As a result, the warm colors blend seamlessly with the geometry and timeless minimalism. All finishing elements, along with the complete furnishings, were designed, supplied, and installed by
SaniWell. What’s more, custom-made furniture is also included as part of
the “move-in-ready” service. That’s why the “move-in-ready” turnkey service is the most personalized and comprehensive option for finishing an apartment.
The home office provides a comfortable space for remote work and relaxing with a favorite book. In the bedroom, the TV is built into the cabinetry, allowing it to blend aesthetically into the room’s design.
The bathroom and toilet feature a combination of light shades with contrasting elements. Black and copper accents look fantastic against the beige tones and subtle lighting. Here, too, we have wood-toned furniture, which creates a sense of cohesion with the other rooms.
