Interior design and turnkey finishing “Move in and live” apartments with a floor area of 67 square meters
The apartment is located in the Lublańska Park development by Wawel Service measures 67 square meters and consists of three separate rooms connected by a hallway. It was important to the client to be able to entrust the entire process of designing, finishing, and furnishing the apartment to a single company. Financial considerations were equally important. Therefore, to stay within the investor’s budget, only some of the furniture was custom-made. The remaining furnishings consist of ready-made products, including items from Ikea. Nevertheless, the apartment was designed, drafted, and visualized to present the final look of the interior, ready for occupancy. The next step in our collaboration with SaniWell is a service that includes finishing, full furnishing, and equipping.
Apartment Design in Kraków
The first stage of our collaboration with SaniWell is to design the apartment in a way that meets the client’s expectations and needs. The layout of the 67-meter apartment allowed us to create two separate rooms, one of which includes a walk-in closet. The living room is connected to the kitchenette, which also serves as a space for socializing and dining. Furthermore, to make keeping the space tidy easier and more efficient, a spacious closet was planned for installation along the hallway. In the utility room next to the bathroom, custom-built cabinetry was planned.
Living Room and Kitchen
The living room, which opens onto a kitchenette, is the heart of this apartment. The design phase took into account not only space for cooking and storage, but also space for dining and entertaining. The built-in kitchen cabinets in a light shade lend the finished room a sense of airiness. The turnkey finish, in the “move in and live” includes full interior furnishings and equipment, including a TV and TV cabinet, air conditioning, and small decorative items.

Furniture in the entryway
The closet in the entryway is combined with a wall-mounted cabinet and a mirror. This design gives the entire structure a light and modern feel. Particularly noteworthy is the original and interesting combination of marble tiles with floor panels. Furthermore, the design of the hallway closet echoes the kitchen cabinetry.
Bedroom with a vanity and a workspace
The client wanted the designed bedroom to include space for a vanity and a desk for remote work. The goal was to maximize the use of the available space. A console table and a large round mirror in pink were placed between the bed, while a work desk was positioned on the wall near the entrance. Each piece of furniture was selected by the architect in accordance with the client’s quality expectations and budget. Therefore, to reduce costs, ready-made furniture was recommended from, among others: IKEA and Agata Meble.

A Bathroom in Wood Tones
The homeowner opted for a bathtub that was tiled in wood-toned tiles. The same tile pattern was used to finish the cabinetry under the countertop sink. Furthermore, the cabinetry above the toilet frame was custom-made. The LED lighting in the shelf gives the structure a modern look.

This is the most comprehensive apartment finishing option available in the design and construction market. The investor is involved only in the design phase. With the assistance of a dedicated architect, solutions for the apartment, as well as materials and furnishings, are selected. Furthermore, SaniWell is responsible for all work related to the completion of the apartment.
