Luxury apartment finished to a “move-in ready” standard
This apartment in the Ruczaj neighborhood of Kraków is another interior project we have completed. What’s more, it’s an excellent example of the use of both high-end materials and high-quality finishing work.
In this apartment, we used large-format quartz tiles, special vinyl flooring over a cork underlay, a fired graphite countertop, and furniture with natural veneer and a lacquer finish. We integrated the air conditioning, recessed lighting, and interior heating into a single, cohesive system smart home system controlled by Grenton. All of the solutions implemented make this apartment one of the most efficient—and at the same time, one of the most expensive—projects we have ever undertaken.

Quartz sintered slabs installed on the walls in the bathroom and living room are particularly important and warrant further discussion. Professional tools are required to work with these slabs (e.g., from RUBI). The experience of our employees, combined with the right tools, ensures precise cutting and splitting of the slabs to the correct size (e.g., cutting a 3-cm-wide strip of material 250 cm long, cutting any holes in the right places in this extremely hard material). The right guides are also crucial for precisely positioning the sintered quartz on the wall.
It’s worth noting here that a single mistake when working with this slab often results in its loss, and consequently, additional costs. That’s why not every contractor is able or willing to take on this job. More information on interior finishes using quartz sintered panels is available here.
