Finishing an apartment for investment in Kraków
The interior finishing process, as always, begins with the preparation of the design and ends with the cleanup of the finished and furnished apartment. The apartments located on Solna Street in Kraków are intended for rent. They were built to a standard appropriate for the budget, using mid-range materials. Best of all, the final result is stunning! The living room with a kitchenette looks great, featuring a combination of black cabinet fronts and wood.
Turnkey finishing with a “move-in ready” standard
Renovation and construction work, as well as the entire process of turnkey apartment finishing, require us to remain vigilant and take a critical approach to every project. Importantly, as a finishing company, we also take responsibility not only for creating an interior that matches the design but also for providing feedback and observations on that design if, during the renovation work, we determine that something needs to be corrected. Wherever people work, shortcomings can arise, which is why we never approach any project uncritically. This unique oversight is part of our turnkey interior finishing service under the “move in and live”
standard. The apartments were intended for rent. However, the developer had specific quality expectations. We used materials appropriate for the finish class and budget, including: Tubądzin ceramic tiles, Kludi bathroom faucets, Berker electrical fixtures, and a mix of IKEA furniture and custom-made pieces. Furthermore, the use of sliding doors separating the living room from the bedroom makes the apartment appear larger. While this solution does affect the final cost of the finished interior, the sliding doors lend the space a more elegant feel.
