Our another project referring to the loft style. A project with a smaller budget but as you can see with an interesting idea. Once again it turns out that half of the success is a well designed project.

We made the first loft-style apartments in 2007. Three apartments at Krowoderska street, carried out in a rather harsh white style. The combination of Thassos marble panels, white painted furniture with Merbau countertops and gas fireplaces resulted in modern interiors.

Beside apartments, we created the entrance hall to the building. A very interesting combination of natural wood veneers, specially patinated copper made by an artist designer, and graphite basalt. The effect is complemented by well-chosen lighting which reflects well in a glass wall made of Lacobel glass. An interior that pleases the eye.

Sometimes the investment budget is slightly lower. Then we design an elegant interior, but not too flashy. Each apartment, expensive or cheaper, has been thought out and designed to be functional and elegant. Our interiors is characterized by the fact that it is ready to move in or rent – simply turnkey interiors. Just enter and live in.

Sometimes it takes a little bit to warm up the basic standard, making the interior perceived as more elegant or more expensive than it really is. An example of such a modification is presented below.

What is the difference of the Elegance version from the other standards and is it worth investing so much in it? There is no simple answer to this question. Each of us consider various things as worthy to be called valuable.

Apartment on ul. Masarska is certainly one of the valuable and even prestigious product. The branded products used in this interior determine the price of furnishing a flat. Starting from a wooden floor, high-class wall paint, large-format Florim ceramic tiles, Villeroy & Boch sanitary ceramics, LG ArtCool Galery air conditioning, through custom-made furniture, partially upholstered with leather and covered with Italian shawl, to the obscenely expensive Vibia lamp, Egg Chair or chairs and the TON table. In addition, an infrared sauna will be installed at the disposal of the household after a hard day’s work.

Unfortunately, it was not possible to photograph the interior made, because both prestige and privacy were highly valued here.

A private apartment designed for family. The client announced that the apartment must be what the family dreamed of and that is, a unique, well suited space. Turnkey interior finishing is sometimes quite a challenge, but at SaniWell, challenges are our specialty. Photo wallpapers, wall stucco or furniture according to an individual design are elements that give the interior uniqueness.

Below are the visualizations. As in each of our projects, it shows the apartment 100% as it is after the completion of works.

This is why we design and visualize the interior so that the effect is identical and fully consistent with the design.

In addition to relatively small apartments, we also finish houses. In the case of building houses, the scale of the project and scope of work are greater. The house has an area of at least 120 square meters. There are often elements that are not found in small apartments, such as stairs, garages, terraces or utility rooms, and sometimes attics. Stairs can often be a very decorative and even central element of a house, so we must pay special attention to their execution. We have in our projects wooden stairs, decorative, with carved balusters and risers – a beautiful element of interior decoration.

The house in Wieliczka was designed as a combination the glamor style with modernity, soft forms with simplicity. After several months of work and cooperation, a beautiful interior was created.

At the beginning of 2020, we started the implementation of the designed interior of the house in Wieliczka. With SaniWell, turnkey home finishing is the beginning of the pleasure of having your own place. Below we present photos of the completed project and visualizations.

Below photographs shows the comprehensive finishing of the house from the developer state:

Below we have attached a gallery presenting the investment visualizations:

In 2016, we started working on a new project – an apartment at ul. Solna in Krakow. The interior finishing process, as always, begins with the preparation of the project and ends with the cleaning works of the finished and already furnished apartment.

The apartment is for rent, made middle-class standard. The final effect is amazing. The living room with a kitchenette has been perfectly designed. The bookcase with a space for home theater turned is original spacesaving solution.

After 2 months of work, we complished apartments.

Renovation and construction works as well as the entire turnkey finishing process require vigilance and a critical approach to each project. As a finishing company, we also take responsibility for creating an interior in line with the design, but also for submitting comments and observations to this design, if we find that something needs to be corrected during renovation works.

Wherever people work, there are shortcomings, so we do not approach any project uncritically. This kind of supervision is part of our turnkey interior finishing service.

The apartments were intended for rent in advance. The investor, however, had certain quality expectations. We used mid-range materials: Tubądzin ceramic tiles, Kludi bathroom faucets, partly Ikea furniture and partly made-to-measure, Berker electrical equipment.

We are just starting a new realization of an apartment in a “turnkey” finish. There would be nothing extraordinary about it if not for the fact that each of the parties involved in the project live in a different place and we probably won’t meet before the work is finished. The owner of the flat, works in Great Britain, the designer lives in the Tri-City, and the implementation and general contractor, i.e. SaniWell, is in Krakow.

The interior of the house located on the Krakow’s suburbs has been designed in medium standard, taking into account customer’s expectations and the available budget. The project assumed an open and family friendly space.

Due to the larger area and the presence of rooms such as an attic, garage or terrace, the design and finishing of the house is a larger and more complex undertaking than the implementation of an apartment.

The third apartment in the Browar Lubicz development. No exaggerated decorations, raw in places thanks to concrete slabs and a large amount of white color. Bright interior in Loft style, in which it is pleasant to stay.

To give you the taste of our capabilities, we have made a show flat on the Browar Lubicz estate – prestigious apartments in the very centre of Kraków. It is our ambition to create beautiful interiors in which one can live well or for which the rent rate is high.

Work on the construction of this apartment lasted 4 months.
The final effect is the result of a comprehensive design of an elegant interior, the use of the highest quality materials and a prestigious location in the historic part of Krakow.

One of our clients, liked the show apartment so much, that convinced us to rent it to them.

Design and furnishing

The interior design plan was drawn up by a team of young designers with interesting ideas.

In the show apartment, we used only branded items: Villeroy&Boch bathroom ceramics, Apavisa floor tiles, Axor Hansgrohe faucets, Vasco radiators, Huppe shower
enclosure, Aquaform and Flos lighting. In the process of preparing the interior design,
we also used well-chosen, stylish LED lighting. In our show apartment you can also check out the LG’s ArtCool Gallery air conditioner.

The show apartment is based on the best materials and the most well-known brands. In our work, however, we use not only the most expensive materials and items. Many projects make good use of medium-class items.

For each apartment we will be happy to make an individual design plan, taking into account your expectations as to the character of the interior, the style and quality of the used materials and equipment.

Exemplary projects carried out in 100% in accordance with our assumptions: the architect is responsible for the design and the contractor for its implementation. The investor generally did not interfere in our activities, accepted only minor changes and inspected the course of work from time to time. Investor control, during the renovation and construction works carried out by us, is an important and very desirable element of cooperation.

A small apartment, but perfectly designed by one of our best architects. Functional enough that even a home theater can fit in it. The owner only brought his favorite books and CDs – this is called turnkey, when you don’t have to do anything. SaniWell: enter and live in. The effect is great!
