Turnkey Apartment Finishing by SaniWell for a Client of the Bud-Max Development in Bielsko-Biała
SaniWell had the pleasure of carrying out a comprehensive turnkey apartment finishing project in a new development by Bud-Max in Bielsko-Biała. The apartment was fully prepared for occupancy, taking into account the needs of the future owner. The entire project was designed with an emphasis on functionality and modern aesthetics—all as part of the flexible “Komfort” turnkey package.
The apartment finished by SaniWell stands out for its practical layout. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom, a spacious bathroom, and an entryway with space for a closet. It’s the perfect place for both daily relaxation and social gatherings. All work was carried out as part of the “Komfort” package, which includes a wide range of finishing materials. The project was complemented by custom-built kitchen cabinets crafted by our carpenters.
Additionally, clients have the option to choose features outside the package. Thanks to SaniWell’s flexible finishing packages, the apartment fully met the client’s preferences. All stages of the work—from design to installation of fixtures—were carried out by our team.
