Turnkey apartment finishing to a "move-in ready" standard in the Dom-Bud development on Glogera Street
Design and turnkey finishing of an apartment in the Glogera development by Dom-Bud. The comprehensive “move-in ready” turnkey service includes interior design, renovation, construction, and finishing work, as well as equipping and furnishing the entire interior of the apartment. What’s more, we managed the entire interior project from start to finish. This was because the client was living abroad until the project’s completion. SaniWell was responsible for all finishing work, the purchase of goods and furnishings, as well as the interior design and furnishing.Classic Design
The guiding theme in the designed and finished interior is traditional design. Delicate, very subtle light-toned colors, natural materials, and understated gold accents. The walls in the entryway, as well as the custom-built closets, were designed with vertical decorative elements. The apartment in the Dom-Bud development on Glogera Street is laid out to create a spacious and open feel, in line with the client’s expectations. The bedrooms feature closets for storing clothes, a semicircular corner bathtub was installed in the bathroom, and the living room includes a space for guests. A single company—SaniWell—was responsible for the design, finishing, and furnishing of the apartment.
