We present the third apartment in the Browar Lubicz development, which was designed, finished, and furnished according to the “move-in ready” standard. Thanks to the use of concrete slabs and an abundance of white, a “cool” yet elegant interior has been achieved, featuring a raw, loft-style design. Although the bright interior is minimalist in terms of decoration, it is a home where it is pleasant to spend time. This project is an example of an ingenious and modern apartment with its own unique character.
The furnishings consisted partly of ready-made furniture from Ikea, but most of the furniture was custom-made to fit the dimensions of each room. The lighting was thoughtfully arranged by installing suspended ceilings, which give the interior an elegant style. Details that define the character of the apartment include the use of architectural concrete and stone.
