A small apartment designed and furnished on a turnkey basis, ready to move in
The smallest apartment we’ve ever designed was 26 square meters. It was a challenge even for the architect to fit everything into such a small space and make it look good. In our opinion and that of the client, the project turned out very well. That’s why it’s a perfect example of how even the smallest apartment needs to be planned in advance.
It’s worth keeping in mind that the smaller the apartment, the higher the price is proportionally. After all, it has to include a bathroom, a kitchen, and other fixtures and interior design elements. What’s more, all of this is packed into a smaller space, which affects the final price.
