A small apartment, but brilliantly designed by one of our best architects. It’s so functional that it even has room for a home theater. The owner brought only his favorite books and CDs—that’s what you call a turnkey “move-in ready” service, where you don’t have to do a thing. The combination of lacquered cabinet fronts with decorative brick looks very attractive and gives the interiors a slightly industrial feel.

A model project carried out 100% in accordance with our guidelines: the architect is responsible for the design, and the contractor is responsible for its execution. The client generally did not interfere with our work; he only approved minor changes and occasionally inspected the progress of the work. Client oversight during the renovation and construction work we carried out is an important and highly desirable element of our collaboration with the client.
