The goal of the Investment Package is to deliver an apartment fully ready for rent or sale. It’s worth noting that the Investment Package can be expanded to include additional furnishings that will make the interior more appealing to potential tenants. The Investment Package also includes home appliances, kitchen accessories, tableware, and lighting. This means the investor does not need to take on the additional task of furnishing the apartment.
