A luxurious interior designed to meet individual needs and fully finished on a turnkey basis, ready for immediate move-in
How does the turnkey finish in the Elegance version differ from other standards, and is it worth investing in? There’s no simple answer to this question. We all value different things, and we consider different things worthy of being called valuable.
The apartment on Masarska Street is certainly a valuable—even prestigious—property. The value of the apartment’s furnishings is determined by the brand-name products used in its interior. Starting with the hardwood floors, high-end wall paint, large-format Florim ceramic tiles, Villeroy &Boch sanitaryware, LG ArtCool Galery air conditioning, through custom-made furniture—partly upholstered in leather and finished with Italian burl veneer—to the outrageously expensive Vibia lamp, the Egg Chair, and the TON chairs and table. In addition, after a hard day’s work, residents will have access to an infrared sauna.

Unfortunately, we were unable to photograph the completed interior, as both prestige and privacy were highly valued here.
