Finishing of an apartment in the Siewierz Jeziorna investment by Murapol developer – KOMFORT Package
We are starting the turnkey finishing of the apartment in the Siewierz Jeziorna investment by Murapol developer. The apartment has 53 sq m. It consists of four independent rooms, of which the largest room has connections for a kitchenette. Two-sided exposure and 205 cm high windows provide natural lighting. The estate is being built within the diversified and carefully planned Miasteczko Siewierz Jeziorna district.
The Murapol developer offers 13 low-rise, three-story buildings. The apartments are equipped with balconies or terraces with a garden. The package includes all the necessary work, an extended range of equipment materials and additional finishing options.
During the design phase, the interior designer will prepare apartment furnishing proposals and bathroom visualizations. What’s more, as an option, the design service can be extended to other rooms, including a custom-made kitchen, living room, bedrooms or a remote work office. Additional options in the package finishing service are, among others: custom-made furniture or installation of additional equipment.
In addition to the possibility of extending the KOMFORT Package with additional equipment products, the package price includes, among others:
- many patterns of ceramic tiles,
- various options for interior doors,
- laminate panels and wooden floor,
- lighting in every room,
- bathroom cabinets with sinks.
