Scope of SaniWell's Services – Turnkey Finishing

What do we do, and what services do we offer?

We specialize in comprehensive interior finishing services. The result of our work is what we call a turnkey apartment—that is, one that’s ready to move into.

SaniWell is solely responsible for the project, renovation work, the purchase and installation of equipment, and interior furnishings.

Our services include:

  • Interior Design and 3D Visualizations,
  • renovation, construction, and finishing work,
  • installation of wall and floor coverings and systems,
  • custom kitchen cabinets and furniture,
  • ready-made furniture and interior furnishings,
  • home appliances, lighting, and smart home systems,
  • textiles, decorations, and plants.

Stages of a Turnkey Service Project

A comprehensive interior finishing project is carried out in several well-planned stages. This gives the client full control over the process with minimal involvement on their part.

  • Initial meeting and quote – we discuss expectations, scope of work, and budget,
  • Interior Design – a dedicated architect prepares 3D renderings and technical drawings,
  • Signing the contract – precise documentation protects both parties,
  • Renovation and Finishing Work – the SaniWell team handles all the work,
  • Furniture Delivery and Assembly – we assemble and install all furniture,
  • Apartment Handover – We hand over the keys to a fully finished interior.

We hired SaniWell to finish our apartment based on the “Comfort + Furniture” package. We made our decisions based on a single, very straightforward conversation with Mr. Krzysztof, and we don’t regret it. We wanted a few electrical modifications tailored to our work-from-home needs. Everything wa…
